We’re pleased to share the latest developments across our subsidiaries from this morning’s LSE update:

🔹 𝗟𝗮𝗯-𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 (𝗟𝗚𝗟): LGL continues to lead the way as the only producer of fully lab-grown, scaffold-free leather, having supplied samples to a major luxury goods company and preparing for a luxury automotive brand trial. Three of the world’s top luxury brands are now working with us on development programmes.

🔹 𝟯𝗗 𝗕𝗶𝗼-𝗧𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀: Following a successful soft launch, 𝗖𝘆𝘁𝗼𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁™ has received strong interest from multiple biopharma companies, while 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗠𝗶𝘅™ is advancing in testing stages with repeat orders and tech transfer projects.

🔹 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗠𝗧): The Company has decided not to proceed with the proposed joint venture with CellulaRevolution Ltd (CellRev). Instead, it will explore alternative pathways to establish cultivated meat products in collaboration with major food processors, producers, and retailers in the UK and Europe.

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝘁𝗱: Preparations for veterinary trials of 𝗟𝗶𝗤𝗗 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗮 are underway with Dr. Maria Vanore’s team at Université de Montréal, targeting Q1 2025. Positive feedback from international ophthalmologists also supports upcoming human trials in 2026.

🔹 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: We have allotted shares to investment podcast firm PR Roast at a premium, enhancing our investor outreach.
